Yvette’s ceramics are slab-built forms with multi layered surface design. She uses layers of slips, coloured clay and various drawing methods to create her designs. Each ceramic is a one-off unique piece. Evette’s sketch books and painting are an essential part of her artistic journey. He mark-making on paper using layers of mixed media help create the ideas that may progress to working on the clay.
