SHIPPING POLICY
We take the utmost care in packing your purchases. Ceramics are fragile, but we are experience in packing ceramics and sculpture. Your purchases are wrapped to suite each piece. Each piece may have its own requirements to protect it. It is then double boxed. Your parcel may be bigger than you expect.
Pricing shipping costs is a tricky thing. We want to make it as affordable for you as we can. It is difficult to price shipping until a piece is packed. Our shipping charges at checkout are estimates, but cap the amount you are charged. If the shipping is significantly less than charge, we will refund your card the difference.
We will contact you to check your purchase has arrived with you. It you have any issues please do let us know as soon as possible. If the parcel is damaged, please retain packaging until after you have contacted us.
RETURN POLICY
Cone Twelve Gallery is a small independent business representing artists and makers running their own small independent businesses. We act as representing agents for our artists and all sales are final, as we pay the artist very shortly after the sale is completed. We can only accept returns if there is an clear inherent fault with the artwork or it has been misrepresented in our description and representation of the piece.
